  • Anchored gratitude as a core aspect of 2nd Story’s fundraising program

  • Shepherded 2nd Story through its first audit and received a clean opinion

  • Grew staff from a volunteer-run organization to a full-time staff of five

  • In collaboration with the Artistic Director and Board of Directors, centered pay equity and arts worker care as part of the company’s operations

  • Strengthened 2nd Story’s policies and procedures by creating an HR Manual, Ethics Policy, and Finance Policy

  • Launched and executed a 4-month weekly artistic residency program in partnership with Lawrence Hall, a social service agency in Chicago

  • Piloted a storytelling and support program with The Kedzie Center, a mental health agency in Chicago, for DACA and undocumented youth

  • Developed a comparative analysis that assessed the financial practices of the nation’s leading theatre institutions
